3. Orders, Services & Final Sale Policy

All sales are final.

We maintain a strict:

No refunds

No returns

No exchanges

No cancellations

policy under any circumstance.

Custom services, including consultations, rituals, and ceremonial work:

Require preparation and energetic alignment

Are non-transferable and non-reversible once initiated

 

Vodou Lakay reserves the right to refuse or decline service at its sole discretion, including where requests are:

Misaligned with our standards

Disrespectful to the tradition

Culturally inappropriate

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise specified.

Shipping timelines are determined by the carrier. We are not responsible for:

Delays

Lost packages

Customs holds

Orders marked as delivered are considered fulfilled.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and proprietary knowledge—including but not limited to:

Images

Videos

Ritual frameworks

Educational teachings

are the exclusive intellectual property of Vodou Lakay.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without explicit written authorization.

Vodou Lakay operates within a living spiritual tradition with established protocol and lineage.

By engaging with our Services, you agree to:

Respect the cultural and spiritual integrity of Haitian Vodou

Refrain from appropriation, distortion, or misuse

Honor the boundaries of what is shared and what is not

Violation of these principles will result in immediate termination of access and services.
