VODOU LAKAY – RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Vodou Lakay, every offering is intentionally prepared, spiritually aligned, and handled with precision. Due to the nature of our work, all sales are final.

 

All Sales Are Final

Vodou Lakay maintains a strict no return, no refund, and no exchange policy.

Once an order is placed and processed:

It cannot be canceled

It cannot be returned

It cannot be exchanged

It is not eligible for refund under any circumstance

 

This policy applies to all products and services without exception.

 

Nature of Offerings

Many of our items are:

Custom-prepared

Spiritually worked or activated

Time-sensitive and ceremonial in nature

As a result, once preparation begins, the work is considered final and non-reversible.

 

Customer Responsibility

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have:

Reviewed product descriptions carefully

Made an informed and intentional decision

Accepted all terms outlined in this policy

Failure to read or understand product details does not qualify for a refund or exception.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered fulfilled.

Vodou Lakay is not responsible for:

Lost or stolen packages after delivery

Carrier delays or errors

No refunds or replacements will be issued in these cases.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:

Clear photographic evidence

Order details

 

All claims are reviewed at our sole discretion.

If approved, a resolution may be offered in the form of a replacement or store credit only.

 

Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will be treated as a violation of these Terms.

Vodou Lakay reserves the right to:

Provide this policy as evidence to financial institutions

Deny any future purchases

Pursue recovery of funds where applicable
