Thank you for engaging with Vodou Lakay. Each offering is intentionally prepared, spiritually aligned, and handled with precision. This is not mass production—timing, preparation, and delivery are guided by both operational discipline and spiritual protocol.
Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Certain offerings—including custom work, ritual preparations, and spiritual kits—require extended preparation time. These are executed in alignment with ceremonial timing, ingredient sourcing, and spiritual directives.
Processing timelines are not negotiable and are part of the integrity of the work.
You will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier selection.
Delivery timelines are determined by the carrier and do not include processing time.
Vodou Lakay is not responsible for delays caused by:
Carrier disruptions
Weather conditions
Holidays
Customs processing

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We ship via USPS, UPS, and other reliable carriers.
All orders include tracking information, which is provided upon shipment.

International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations.
International clients are responsible for:
Customs duties
Import taxes
Local regulatory compliance

Vodou Lakay is not responsible for items delayed, held, or rejected by customs. Clients are expected to verify import regulations, particularly regarding spiritual, botanical, or ritual items, prior to purchase.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, responsibility shifts to the shipping provider.
If your package is delayed or lost, you must contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.
Orders marked as “Delivered” are considered fulfilled. Vodou Lakay does not issue refunds or replacements for:
Delivered packages
Lost or stolen items after delivery
For high-value orders, we strongly recommend selecting signature confirmation at checkout.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
Requests must include:
Clear photographic evidence

All cases are reviewed individually. Resolutions, if granted, are issued at our discretion and may include replacement or store credit.
